Meditation is Powerful

Meditation is a powerful tool because it is a practice of discipline. It allows you to be still and listen to your inner world, your inner self, and your heart. Meditation also calms the mind, while healing the body and cleansing the soul. When we slow down and become mindful of our present moment by meditating, we become aware of our patterns and we can now change the patterns that are destructive to ourselves. Begin a daily meditation practice. Start by doing 5 minutes everyday. Then do about 7-10 minutes the following week. Each week, gradually increasing your time as you see fit. Doing what feels comfortable for YOU. Keep practicing until Meditation becomes a way of life for you. The more you do it, the better you will become at it.
