We have and will continue to experience pain and suffering throughout our lifetime. The loss of a loved one, a relationship gone sour, or maybe you were laid off from your job. This causes fear, shame, uncertainty, and pain. The KEY point here, is to not suffer through this ALONE. It helps when you speak to friends and family about your pain. But sometimes, they will give you advice that does not help you find the mental peace that you seek. Finding the correct help and support that you need from someone who has walked that path and who is compassionate and will help you break free from your cocoon, where you’ve begun to isolate yourself, is CRUCIAL.
