Small Steps Leads to Big Changes

Have you ever heard the saying, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks”? I teach my clients that this is NOT the case. Although, it took us many years of using our habits to get us where we are today. You CAN change those destructive patterns that you are accustomed to. You just have to take small steps, making small changes every day until those changes become your new habit, your new way of life. I am not saying that it will be easy. You will have your days when you will revert to your old ways. And that is OK. Just forgive yourself and get right back on track with your new habits. Then one day you will wake up and remember when you used to be that old dog, who couldn’t learn new tricks.
